The massive spherical room is opened with a window upon the oval ceiling. Tided in styles of marble and darker shades of stone, it opens to the moonlight. Amongst the this location, are the five seats that decelerate it’s authority of aristocracy with the Romanian Monarch design. Strange symbols stain the floor, depicting the history of vampires as fallen angels. Here, the Coven assembles to train and meet with it’s Elder and Council members. Five Council Members in all, however this is the only location that sunlight breaks through too.
